The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) are requesting bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of (7) single family homes, asphalt street and sidewalks and utility connections on the (8) homes at the Siletz HOYO IV Housing Development. The development is located in the City of Siletz, Oregon, on W Swan Ave. Tax Lot 10-10-09-BA-1601, 1602 & 1606.
The Architect is not responsible for incomplete downloads or omissions of documents downloaded. Contractor is responsible for downloading all documents and reviewing and coordinating all work and trades to complete the Project.
